How does it work? A thermos consists of two hermetically sealed panes of glass for unmatched energy efficiency. These panes feature a low-e coating—a thin layer of low-emissivity metal oxide—and are filled with argon gas injected between them. If the panes become unsealed, the thermos’s insulating efficiency will be compromised. We’ll respond quickly to replace your thermos panes and restore their energy efficiency.
